You may be new to training, but we’re here to support you.

Fun, sociable and friendly sessions

Our group sessions are sociable, fun and will give you added motivation to achieve your goals. No matter your fitness level you’ll enjoy our energetic, equipment based sessions as there really is something for everyone and all in a friendly and supportive environment.

And if you feel you want to take your training to another level, we also offer Personal Training packages which combine complete diet and exercise advice.

Lots of locations

We train all year round in parks all over the Herts, Beds & Bucks areas and due to overwhelming demand we are adding more sites all the time. All of our locations are fully insured and are surrounded by panoramic views and plenty of fresh air.

We’ve had success stories from potential military recruits who use our sessions to build up the fitness they need to be accepted into the forces and elite athletes who use our sessions to vary their training programmes throughout the year. Many sports players also use Regiment Fitness sessions to boost their performance on and off the pitch.
