Your Nutrition Plan Questions Answered

Will I lose weight following this plan? How much weight will I lose?

Yes, you will lose weight and feel great if you stick to the plan and the advice given, the plan is set for a healthy 1-2 lb weight loss per week.

Will the shopping list be expensive and how much shall I buy?

The shopping list is down to personal discretion, you have to consider family requirements and your lifestyle but it doesn’t need to be expensive. A healthy way of living doesn’t need to be expensive and sensible decision making and shopping will aid you to get the most out of the shopping list. Your meals are planned well in advance so you can budget effectively.

Will the plan be easy to follow and stick with? Do I have to be a good cook to make the meals?

Your nutrition plan will be tailored to you and your lifestyle enabling you to get the most out of it. Not being able to cook is not an excuse for healthy eating and getting the results you truly want.

What if I don’t like the options on the nutrition plan?

If you have answered the questionnaire properly, the nutrition plan will cater for your likes and dislikes. If you are having problems with the options we can change the options for you.

Can I still have treats or is the nutrition plan strict?

You need to be strict with yourself during the week and treats are saved for the weekend. This is a reward for all the hard work you put in throughout the week.

Can I go out drinking with my friends?

This is an alcohol free nutrition plan. To reach the required target weight you will need to stick to the plan. Drinking is only a step backwards. If you’re willing to commit to the plan, then you should refrain from drinking at least until you have reached your goal. You have invested in the nutrition plan, and we are keen to support you in achieving your goals.
