Doug Hall

Doug served for 5 years in the Royal Artillery, completing 2 active tours of Iraq. He then attended Chichester University where he gained a degree in Health Promotion and Personal training. He is a qualified Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer and has a keen interest in nutrition.

Adam Meakins

Adam organises the Regiment Fitness social events. Adam is a keen all round sportsman, who enjoys all types of exercise. His competitive nature ensures he pushes himself to the limit and strives to help everyone achieve their full potential. Adam is a PT level 4 qualified instructor.
