Rick’s motto is: ‘If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you!’ He particularly enjoys the Jerry Can Push and thinks it’s a tough one! Rick is committed to his own fitness as well. He runs sessions at Market Harborough, Desborough and Kettering & is also part of our excellent Nutrition team.
Adam Organises the Regiment Fitness social events. Adam is a keen all round sportsman, who enjoys all types of exercise. His competitive nature ensures he pushes himself to the limit and strives to help everyone achieve their full potential. Adam is a PT level 4 qualified instructor.
